Pickling cream is a common method to remove rust spots on the leaf chain. It can greatly improve the smoothness of the surface of the leaf chain and form a passivation film on the surface of the chain, thus prolonging the service life of the leaf chain. This rust removal method is suitable for most industries such as chemical machinery, food machinery, printing and dyeing machinery, pharmaceutical machinery and pressure vessel manufacturing.

The operation of using pickling paste is also briefly described. First, we apply our pickling paste on the surface of the leaf chain. At this time, we control the thickness of the coating film to be between 0.5 and 2 mm, and the time to be over 3 to 10 minutes. If the pickling paste is used in low temperature, winter or below 0℃ or oxide skin thickness, the time can be appropriately extended. In the process of this treatment, it is recommended to brush the leaf chain several times more, and then use clear water after the oxide scale on the surface of the leaf chain is completely removed, or use lime water or alkaline water to better clean the leaf chain, so as to avoid rust.
