If some chain links still maintain a certain angle, it indicates that its movement is not smooth and belongs to deadlock, and should be adjusted. If any damaged links are found, they must be replaced in time. It is recommended to strictly distinguish three kinds of pins and use connecting pins for chain maintenance.
After the sprocket is seriously worn, a new sprocket and a new chain should be replaced at the same time to ensure good meshing. You cannot replace a new chain or a new sprocket alone. Otherwise, it will cause bad meshing and accelerate the wear of new chains or sprockets. When the tooth surface of the sprocket is worn to a certain extent, it should be turned over in time (referring to the sprocket with the adjustable surface) to prolong the service time.
