● Differential double-speed chains comply with international standards such as ISO, ASME/ANSI, DIN, and JIS, and mainly include series like precision differential double-speed chains, heavy-load differential double-speed chains, variable-ratio differential double-speed chains, and low-maintenance differential double-speed chains, which can meet the conveying needs of multi-station automated production lines requiring variable speed coordination, segmented transmission, and precise material transfer;
● The chain body is made of high-strength alloy steel, and the differential components adopt high-precision gear sets and wear-resistant bearing structures. Combined with precision machining of transmission parts, surface nitriding treatment, and integrated lubrication systems, the products feature excellent speed ratio adjustability, stable differential transmission, and high structural reliability. The speed ratio adjustment range covers 1:1.5 to 1:4, the differential response time is less than 0.2 seconds, and the transmission efficiency remains above 95% under full load conditions;
