● Anti-slip double-speed chains complies with international standards such as ISO, ASME/ANSI, DIN, and JIS, and mainly includes series like standard anti-slip double-speed chain, heavy-duty anti-slip double-speed chain, high-temperature resistant anti-slip double-speed chain, and low-noise anti-slip double-speed chain, which can meet the conveying needs of automated production lines requiring variable speed transmission, anti-slip performance, and efficient material transfer;
● The chain body is made of high-strength alloy steel, and the anti-slip components are made of wear-resistant rubber (or polyurethane) with high friction coefficient. Combined with precision machining of chain links, surface carburizing treatment of rollers, and integrated molding of anti-slip elements, the products feature excellent anti-slip performance, stable speed ratio control, and strong load-bearing capacity. The friction coefficient of the anti-slip surface is more than 2.0 times that of ordinary double-speed chains, the speed ratio error is controlled within ±3%, and the maximum conveying load is increased by 25% compared with standard double-speed chains;
● The products are widely used in automated assembly lines (e.g., electronic product assembly conveyor systems, automobile parts transfer lines), logistics sorting equipment (e.g., express parcel sorting double-speed chains, e-commerce warehouse goods distribution lines), and food processing lines (e.g., packaged food conveying systems, beverage bottle sorting and conveying components).
